My Travelling Pack (Lite Version)

I went to KL for another 3D2Ns
This is what I've packed..yes 1 bag only..very very light
I packed a few light clothes and short pants, and a compact skin & hair care bag:

1) Kiehl's Shampoo and Conditioner Olive Oil range (Sample)
2) Bioterm Aquasource Cleanser, toner & moisturizer (Sample)
3) Clarins' face lifting (Sample)
4) My essentials- contact lenses solution (packed in small bottles), toothbrush & tooth paste, H&M Deodorant and Avene make up remover (packed in small bottles)
5) Make up- Empro black liquid eyeliner, Dior BB cream & Dior lip maximizer
6) Kiehl's Sunscreen

It's good to have so many samples..we can travel light and experiment the products we got.

Kiehl's Olive Oil Shampoo & Conditioner is very rich and nourish, it is good for split ends and very dry hair, but not good for people like me who has oily scalp. I tried to avoid applying on my scalps & roots. However, it has got good treatment to dry ends. My hair is more shiny and smooth. I can actually feel my hair is softer and does not entangle so much.

Bioterm Aquasource skin care- I like the cleanser, it's effective for combination skin. Skin becomes more refreshing after wash. The 3 step products are for hydration purpose. Can also feel the tightening effect.

I did not try out Clarin's face lifting during the trip, I bought it just in case my skin becomes too dry and it can act as a moisturizer. 1 small pack is also not going to make my face any smaller in a day or 2. XD

I bought this travel boarding set earlier in Guardian. It comes with a few small cream case, pump, spray and lotion bottles. Also i find a small scoop which is quite useful.

That's all my sharing for now~

Review of Biore UV perfect face milk SPF50+ PA+++

This is my favourite face sunblock so far. The texture is thin, non-oily, easy apply, watery and non-sticky. It is a sunblock with SPF50+ PA+++ and also can be used as makeup base which stated at the packaging. I have tried many brands include lancome latest sunblock, but they never satisfied me in terms of texture and long hour wear. I have acne and blackheads problem, so I cant use 'strong' sunblock before my makeup. Otherwise, my face will become oily easily and caused blackheads in long term. Thin and light sunblock as makeup base will be great to avoid the problems that i mentioned above. This Biore sunblock can do the job :D

js try it u will know what I meant :D

Norm Routine for Applying Nail Polish

Step 1
You must apply base coat before applying any nail polish colour on your nails. This is to protect the nails from turning yellow, hurting your nails from the colour chemicals, easy remove the nail polish when u want to change colour, and let the nail polish more long lasting. Apply all 10 fingers' nails and wait for 3 mins to let it dry before proceed to next step.

Step 2
Then apply nail polish colour on top of base coat. When uncap the black cover, take out the brush and brush at the tip of the bottle to make sure one side of the brush has less nail polish. This is to avoid excess amount of nail polish when applying on the nails. It is harder to dry to continue the last step when the nail polish are too watery. Apply all 10 fingers' nails. Sometimes is advisable to apply second layers to create fuller look.

Step 3
Last step, this is a 'must do' step to create shinning and smooth surface for the nail polish colour. This top coat can do wonders to any brand or quality of nail polish colour. All the imperfection of nail polish can be covered by this top coat with just one or two applications.

The 3 steps are important, you can skip the nail polish colour but not the step 1 and step 2. cos' they are useful to protect your nails and keep the nail polish colour more long lasting! Step 2 can be replace by any brand or any quality of nail polish colours depending on your budget.

Hair Treatment Mask

My hair is very dry after dying...especially the ends..
I bought this Tsubaki Damage care hair mask containing tsubaki amino from Watson.
My friend recommended this brand.
The price is reasonable (>.< but i cant remember how much it is).
I used it last 2 weeks before i dye my hair, it is quite nourishing, and gives an intense repair to the damaged ends quite well, not oily at all and i love the aroma of Tsubaki Ryokuka.
Basically how i use it is just apply after shampooing, i apply it mainly on my ends, gently massage and leave for 5 minutes before rinsing. It looks more healthy after than and i can comb through easily.

I was suppose to do the hair mask after dying my hair 1-2 days time. But I'm heading to KL this noon...thinking of an alternative to pack in my bags... I found that i still have a lighter option--Prosynergy Treatment Mask II (Shishedo). I brought it with me during travelling, using it as my hair conditioner. I find it quite moisture and my hair is smoother.

I got this from the Shishedo Hair Saloon during my last visit. I like most of the Shishedo hair care products especially for scalp theraphy but i hated the service there in the pg branch. They did lousy hair colouring (that's why i decided to do it myself).

I've also visited the Subang branch in Empire mall for a scalp treatment session when they just open last year July. The session includes a scalp treatment, hair wash and a hair cut for RM140.Consider quite reasonable. Normally a hair treatment already cost RM80-100. Will talk about more scalp treatment products next time. =)

Yeah~packing my bags to KL and hopefully meeting Esther =D

Review of Liese Bubble Hair Colour

hi there~! Sorry for the late posting~!
I've been wanting to dye my hair since 3 weeks ago and wanted to try out the Liese Bubble Hair Colour as it seem so easy to use.

First step:
1) read the instructions or view youtube for how to use liese bubble hair colour
2) do the allergic/skin sensitive test (48 hours)
3) avoid dying hair when have sensitive scalp (dandruff, hair loss etch)and also during menstrual period (that's y took me 3 weeks to start dying my hair)
4) if your hair is long, thick and heavy, advised to buy 2 Liese Bubble Hair Colour (1 lighter tone + 1 colour that you want). I bought chiffon beige and sweet pink =D
5) wrap yourself with unwanted towel, prepare a tissue box next to you to wipe off the access at your face or ears.
6) wear gloves, and start with the first lighter tone colour.
7) do as per the video/instructions, mix the solution together and turn them upside down 5 times, gently squeeze the center of the bottle to dispense foam.
8)note that the foam should not be whilte, it must have some colour in it. My first attempt with chiffon beige was kinda disaster because it seems like i have put too much on my roots and only my roots was dyed. I can't even see any colour at my hair ends because i have not put enough foam (or properly mixed foam) and massaged thoroughly. Make sure there's no waste, if you have long hair, finish the bottle of foam. make funny foam monster >D
9) to avoid having only the roots dyed, make sure you massage your hair from roots to end for about 20 minutes.
10) after massaging for 20 minutes, leave in on for 30 minutes. rinse off.
11) wipe your hair dry, mix your second colour solution and apply from roots to ends.
12) continue 20 minutes massage and 30 minutes leave on.
13) rinse off, wash your
hair with hair colour protection shampoo and conditioner. There's also a packet of hair lotion to apply after hair wash, but i thought was a conditioner~~!! XP
14) wipe dry, comb through and blow dry
15) WALA~ Done~!

My before and after:

Liese Bubble Hair Colour is quite easy to use, and it's quite gentle to scalp, most importantly it's cheaper than going to the hair saloon.

However some down side is the uneven hair colour as a result of not massaging your hair evenly (but this can be fixed with an extra hand).

So far I'm quite excited with the result. Knowing the colour is only temporary, I bought VS Sasson Premium Color Care from Watson (cost around RM12 each) to protect the colour from fading. But I think it's definitely gonna fade sooner or later, that's y i chose sweet pink that can actually blend in with my own hair colour =)

For those who wanted to 'Dye it yourself' can buy this Liese Bubble hair Colour to try =) cost about RM65 x 2 =RM130 ; took me 3 hours more to do it at home.

Worth a try if you still haven't found a trusted hair saloon that will not always make ur purse bleed endlessly =D

Inglot Cosmetic

I used to read blogs n youtube review about Inglot products. Many have good comments about it. I brought a brown grey eyeliner from Inglot two weeks ago. Great experience with it so far, but can't confirm tat its 100% smudge free or will not cause panda eyes for long hr wear. However, It's easy to draw line n not causing patches like other eyeliner pencils or crayon type. Any it's only cost RM50!

Yday I went Inglot again at Sunway Pyramid and a gorgeous sweet pinkish lipstick. Totally fall in love with it @@ but no stock available until Wednesday ! Why?!?!?! few other products oso the same @@ wat happen??? didn't know there's many Inglot fans in Malaysia lol I really wish they have another branch in kl or at least selling at Sephora too :D
